Schemes and Orders on the Internet
Welcome to the Schemes and Orders on the Internet Public Access Site:

A scheme is needed when a charity cannot run effectively in accordance with its existing governing document and the trustees cannot make the necessary changes themselves. The making of schemes is an important way in which the Commission's objective of ensuring that charities are able to operate for their purposes within an effective legal, accounting and governance framework is achieved.
