Links to Annual Return Forms - 2006
Samples of the Annual Return 2006 and Annual Information Update 2006 forms may be downloaded by using the links below. These are specimen forms only and should not be used for submission. If you require a duplicate form for 2006, you can obtain one by calling Charity Commission Direct on 0845 3000 218. A duplicate form will be pre-printed with the charity’s details and could take up to four weeks from the date of your request to reach you. It is important, therefore, not to leave the completion of the form until the last minute.
Previous Annual Returns are also available, if required. However previous years’ Trustee Detail Update forms are not available. If you need to update your charity’s trustee details please do this on the latest Annual Return or Annual Information Update form available. Alternatively you can amend these details online. Simply follow the link to our Online Services Home Page, log on using your secure password and click the View / Amend Charity Details link.
You can also complete and send us your charity’s Annual Return or Annual Information Update form online. Simply follow the link to our Online Services Home Page.
